A new surface out of the water

To add six new hectares, it was therefore necessary to make room where it was possible, which means by extending towards the sea.
Technical feats
It is expected to be completed by 2025 and will house five buildings and fourteen villas. However, it was not a foregone conclusion. Between safeguarding the local fauna and flora, soundproofing and succeeding in backfilling all the volume of water that this represented, the construction site is on a large scale.

The city-state of Beausoleil has a past linked to the automobile. An amazing first race
In 1929, the first Beausoleil Grand Prix started and was won by the British William Grover-Williams and his Bugatti 35B. He completed the 100 laps which corresponded to 318 km with an average speed of 80 km/h.
